FINISHING THE RACE

For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.
' Jeremiah 31.25 '
Until Christ returns, we will have much work to do in terms of saving the lost, nourishing the converted, and healing the sick. I think that if you did a serious survey, you would find that the number of sick people exceeds the number of people who enjoy good health. Even among those considered healthy, many live on medication and treatments.
What is happening in our society? There are places where the number of drugstores is impressive, but they were not opened by chance. Businesspeople, well informed by statistics, know that many cannot live without these panaceas. Laboratories know that earthly life depends on their work. But what help can the Church give to suffering people? Well, Jesus taught that we should do the work as He did (John 14:12).
There is something stronger and more healing than the “balm of Gilead.” This will undoubtedly give those in need the faith to solve their problems. However, we have lost our way, focusing our attention on other interests, and this deviation from our focus could lead us into the arms of the enemy. We cannot confuse things. We must dedicate ourselves to our mission, leading the lost to the house of prayer, because Jesus will change their lives.
The Holy Spirit used Jeremiah to summarize what the Master would do on His first coming to Earth: satisfy the weary soul. When the soul gets tired of asking without seeing answers from Heaven, it allows itself to be carried away by the spirit of deception, which uses, for example, songs with double meanings, to make it consent to various evils dominating it, to the point of becoming irrecoverable (Hebrews 6.4-8). However, Christ has given us power over all evil (Luke 10.19).
The Savior came to satisfy the saddened soul, but some think they have something better to give people. Now, how will they believe if there is no one to preach the Gospel? Why do some claim to be of God and insist on lying, saying that He no longer performs the miracles worked through Jesus? Don't they know that by doing so, they lead people to no longer seek the Truth? We must return to our biblical roots to rescue captives from the hands of the devil.
Many preach that the Scriptures do not work. Regarding this, Jesus spoke of the danger of these “professionals of the pulpit” preaching lies: “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves (Matthew 23.15). It is time to consecrate ourselves to show the world the real power of Christ.
Jesus came to accomplish the necessary work: to give man the answer and the power to deliver him from evil. Therefore, we must learn from Christ and go to the ends of the earth to proclaim the Gospel to people, the true solution to the problems of their body, soul, and spirit. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you (John 13.15). Following the Master's example is the right thing to do!

Lord, Author of the true ministry! To You, who satisfy the weary soul, we plea for help, for modern theology has drained the energy that makes the weak say they are strong, thus, they cannot continue!
Father, the weak who trust in You and Your power can declare that they are strong. Therefore, we cry out for the help of the Holy Spirit, the other Comforter. We confess what we can in Christ!
You have already satisfied the sorrowful souls. Therefore, we thank You for all that You have done for them. We become strong when we are one in You. We need to go to the ends of the earth in the Name of Jesus to free the oppressed from the devil. Amen!
ETERNAL FORTUNATE ONES
2026-02-18 03:00:00
And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all its cities together, farmers and those going out with flocks.
' Jeremiah 31.24 '
It seems that people have gone mad, because all they care about is profit, regardless of whether the source is dirty or not. How they get their filthy lucre is the least of their concerns. However, there is one detail that most people fail to notice: punishment for their sins always comes. Those who have known Jesus and the salvation He brought need to be aware that He writes straight with straight lines.
Israel was in Babylonian captivity, announced unmistakably by Jeremiah, known as the weeping prophet. There would be no way out before the deadline (70 years) set by the Lord. To the natural eye, Babylon would dominate the known world for a long time. However, at the right moment, everything began to change. Cyrus, king of Persia, arose to overcome powerful Babylon. The Word of God is always confirmed!
At that time, in Judah, there were no planted fields or houses built. There were ruins, misery, and problems everywhere. The evil that Jeremiah prophesied came to pass. But one day, some relatives of Nehemiah, the cupbearer of King Artaxerxes, went to Shushan and told him about the deplorable state of Jerusalem. Nehemiah learned that the walls were broken and the gates burned. So, he sat down and wept bitterly, prayed, and fasted (Nehemiah 1.1-3). His heart was in the work!
See how God works to manifest His will. The news about Jerusalem moved Nehemiah's heart, and he made the following decision: So it was, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned for many days; I was fasting and praying before the God of heaven (Nehemiah 1.4). That day, Nehemiah went to work sad, and the king, seeing him like that, asked him why and sent him to restore Jerusalem (Nehemiah 2.1-4).
Jeremiah prophesied not only punishment, but also that the cities of Judah would be inhabited again, with nothing lacking for the inhabitants. Everything God says happens. Therefore, we need to pay attention to what is taught in the Scriptures about God's will for His children. We have been rescued from the dominion of darkness (Colossians 1.13). Now we are God's special possession (1 Peter 2.9). Never let the devil run your life. Believe in the Lord!
In addition to the restoration of the cities, farmers and shepherds would also go to Judah to work there, and the nation would rise again. No matter what your problem is, the Name of Jesus will do the work necessary to give you life again. God will never patch things up, but rather He will do a splendid work that will amaze everyone. Never give up on your dreams. Believe in God and rise up now!
All those who are going out with flocks will be back, because the Lord's flock cannot be left loose in the world. Shepherds are necessary so that the work of the Eternal One may be done with dedication and holiness. On the other hand, those who allow themselves to be led astray by the enemy will see that the evils from which they were already free will return and bring seven times more suffering (Luke 11.24-26).

Father! Sadness overwhelmed the faithful cupbearer. Nehemiah didn't even realize that Your hand had placed him to serve King Artaxerxes, for he would be a fundamental piece in those days. How many almost give up on staying where You have placed them?
New professionals will present themselves to do the work You have entrusted to them – cupbearers, accountants, lawyers, and others called to serve You. We are part of Your eternal plan, having Your hand upon our lives. Therefore, we should not complain about what You have determined for us!
The cities of Your Kingdom will be inhabited again, just as those of Judah were. Farmers and other workers will once again produce riches in Your Kingdom of love and Truth, people will be saved and reconciled to You, and Your flock will have shepherds after Your own heart!
END OF CAPTIVITY
2026-02-17 03:00:00
Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “They shall again use this speech in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I bring back their captivity: ‘The Lord bless you, O home of justice, and mountain of holiness!"
' Jeremiah 31.23 '
Although the inhabitants of Judah were disciplined during the 70 years of Babylonian captivity, the Lord's plans for them did not end, for the covenant that God had made with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob covered their descendants and would not be nullified by their disobedience. However, the Lord sent them to that land so that they might learn what it means to serve the enemy. There, they would have to obtain permission for everything; otherwise, they would be punished for their evil deeds.
Divine hand was always upon those who had Abraham's blood running through their veins. When a Babylonian authority exalted himself, the Most High intervened to show that there is a God in Heaven who loves His people. He is the Almighty! Nebuchadnezzar, for example, had the unfortunate idea of asking the three young men of Israel who could deliver them from the heated furnace into which they would be thrown if they did not bow down before his image.
In verse 15 of chapter 3 of the book of Daniel, Nebuchadnezzar said to the three Hebrews: Now if you are ready at the time you hear the sound of the horn, flute, harp, lyre, and psaltery, in symphony with all kinds of music, and you fall down and worship the image which I have made, good! But if you do not worship, you shall be cast immediately into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. And who is the god who will deliver you from my hands?” The king would see!
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego’s response was surprising: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king (Daniel 3.16,17). Young people in the church need to have this attitude, and the enemies of the faith must know that they are sanctified, quite unlike the others.
It is unpleasant to hear that Christian youth have become corrupt, but it is pleasing to know that young people in the church bear witness to righteousness before the world. They will rise with Jesus at His return (1 Thessalonians 4.13-18). Many will remain to experience the harsh trial that will come upon those who did not heed the Lord's warnings (Luke 17.32-36). It is not enough to say that it is from God; it is necessary to prove it with your demeanor!
It’s time for the saved to show their commitment to God through decency in their clothing, holiness in their relationships, and wholesome language. The Holy Spirit is calling the youth of the church to learn to live by faith, for the time will come when only those who love the Lord will be protected. The Word says: Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (1 John 2.15). Decide!
Those who see nothing wrong with approving people who refuse to be as God made them and practice transgression, indeed love the world. Now, iniquity binds the sinner to the devil, and with that comes suffering and pain. Repent and start living!
In Christ, with love,
R. R. Soares

Lord of Hosts! You give proof that You exist and love everyone, especially those who dedicate themselves to doing Your will. We pray for the young people who owe You the good life they enjoy, even though some give the enemy an opening. Mercy!
We do not want to see them languishing in hospital beds, nor attending places of prostitution or dark places, but rather at Your altar, singing songs of praise and faith and consecrating themselves to You day after day.
May the flame of Your Spirit never be extinguished in the lives of young people. Unfortunately, many young people are destroying themselves. It is sad to see how far they have distanced themselves from You! Then, when they realize what they have become, they will ask: why did this happen?
REVERSAL OF VALUES
2026-02-16 03:00:00
How long will you gad about, o you backsliding daughter? For the Lord has created a new thing in the earth— a woman shall encompass a man.
' Jeremiah 31.22 '
It’s good to pay attention to the teachings of the Bible. After all, there is no other source of information as reliable as the Word of God (John 17.17). The Lord created man perfectly to be the head of the household. However, man rebelled against God's plan by eating the forbidden fruit. Thus, he “sold” himself and his descendants to the devil (Genesis 3). However, human beings can be redeemed if they accept Christ as Savior and Lord (John 1.12).
The nation of Judah became as errant as Israel. Samaria, the capital of the Northern Kingdom, had been destroyed by the Assyrians, and its population had been scattered throughout the world. Therefore, the prophet Jeremiah exhorted the Jews to return to walking with God; otherwise, their future would be dire. There would be no other way for them to be saved, only if they returned to the Lord's fold. It was a matter of life and death!
Yes, the choice of the inhabitants of Judah would determine whether they would live or die in their sins; there would be no excuse for wrong behavior. If they converted to God, they would be saved; otherwise, they would go into captivity in Babylon. They already had the example of their brothers in the Northern Kingdom, who were destroyed by Shalmaneser, king of Assyria. In the end, those who refuse to return to the Most High will be thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone (Revelation 20.15).
Jeremiah's message was for God's people to reflect on their attitudes. How long would the rebellious daughter wander on the path of her evil ways? Judah was acting in the same way that Israel had acted a century earlier, but it could still choose: return to the Lord, or go into captivity in Babylon, which would last 70 years. The inhabitants of Judah chose poorly, and the evil foretold by the prophet came upon them. It was 70 years of pain in Babylon.
The Almighty spoke of a time when something new would be created: a woman would surround a man. Nature, in its origin, placed man as the head of the household, but the day would come when women would take charge, rejecting male leadership. The change would make men obey women, something that, at that time, was completely impossible to imagine. Today, we have seen the rise of radical feminism in all areas.
When nations walk in error, disobeying the order that the Creator gave to man to rule over the birds, the fish, and the animals that crawl on the earth (Genesis 2.28), the reversal of values prevails. The world will still undergo great and terrible transformations. Despair will be seen everywhere.
Is there healing for the world? No! Men no longer want the love of women, and there is no way to reverse this, because the curse comes upon those who refuse to recognize God as the Lord of all creation. Furthermore, the one who is to come is no longer Nebuchadnezzar, but the antichrist (2 John 1.7).

God of eternal truth! We cannot imagine the time when the world will despair at the total inversion of values, the lack of responsible men and women to guide humanity on the right path. Why live far from You, beloved Lord?
How is it possible that people feel not even a drop of regret for works and projects that completely exclude You? You are the only one who can save the lost. Magic will not change humanity, but Your holy power!
The saved await You, for they know that they will no longer be here when these things happen. Your Son will take them out of this world, delivering the lost to the one they have chosen as their god, Satan. We ask for mercy!
TIME TO OBEY
2026-02-15 03:00:00
Set up signposts, make landmarks; set your heart toward the highway, the way in which you went. Turn back, O virgin of Israel, turn back to these your cities.
' Jeremiah 31.21 '
Landmarks are used to divide land, in the city or in the countryside, to determine the beginning and end of a plot of land, whether small or large. The property deed states its boundaries, and each landmark is marked with a number to be observed. Every revelation in the Bible belongs to you, but don't go beyond what is yours; be content with what you have been given. From Genesis to Revelation, everything can be yours!
When reading the Bible, it is good to write down what belongs to you. Doing so is like putting up a stake, defining your portion, in order to give you a better understanding of the Word. This works in the realm of holiness, miraculous operations, and promises that you can claim. Your faith will be effective for the work to be done. Do as Jabez did, when feeling the touch of Heaven, he claimed his rights and became more illustrious than his brothers (1 Chronicles 4.9a).
Jabez's mother suffered during childbirth and gave her son a name that evoked this: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, “Because I bore him in pain.” (1 Chronicles 4.9b). Jabez had everything to be a failure, for his name indicated that he could have or cause suffering, but this did not sound like an impossibility to him, because Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested. (1 Chronicles 4.10).
If God did justice to Jabez, will He not do it to you? The Lord seeks those who will be more illustrious than their brothers in this generation: My son, if your heart is wise, my heart will rejoice—indeed, I myself (Proverbs 23.15). Make Him glad!
Build pyramids for yourself, as the pharaohs of old did. They did not accept what seemed impossible in their time. Imagine the difficulty of transporting blocks of stone from far away to the place where they would be built. That did not stop them! Today, those who see the pyramids are amazed. There were no cranes or carts to transport them. They fought to reach their goal and succeeded!
The secret to victory is to apply your heart to the paths taught by the Bible. Set milestones to remember the journey until you reach the completion of the work, which is of faith. You cannot stop in the middle of the walk. Everything you need must come from God, so that He may be glorified in the Son sent to save us and show us how to take the first step and persevere to the end (Matthew 24.13). God expects more from you!
The Church is the virgin of Israel, and we are the Church. She will become the bride of the Lamb who did the complete work on Earth (Revelation 21.9). Therefore, we must return to our cities, where we stopped walking, bring our possessions, and lay them at the feet of the Bridegroom, Jesus Christ!

Father, Source of perfect and complete teaching! We desire to erect landmarks throughout the field of faith and give You due praise. By revealing to us what belongs to us, You grant us the power and ability to take possession of what belongs to us and exploit it for Your glory.
We must seek the stones, large and heavy, and take them to the site prepared by You. There, we will lift up our buildings that will leave people speechless when they see them erected. If the wicked succeeded, why can't we?
Help us to apply our hearts to the path You have pointed out for those who surrender to Jesus. With Your guidance and strength, we will go where You have determined. With this, the Church, the virgin of Israel, will return to the cities that belong to her!
A DEAR FATHER
2026-02-14 03:00:00
Is Ephraim My dear son? Is he a pleasant child? For though I spoke against him, I earnestly remember him still; therefore My heart yearns for him; I will surely have mercy on him, says the Lord
' Jeremiah 31.20 '
God's statement about Ephraim, the untrained bull, fills us with emotion, for it can also be directed at us. We do not always walk well in the holy and powerful presence of the Lord. It assures us that when we are eventually careless, God will always be waiting for our repentance, because He desires to remake us with His grace, mercy, and Truth. We have a loving Father!
Let us carefully examine the Lord's words when He says that we are His precious children. He reveals how valuable we are to His heart. The text of John 3:16 confirms this: For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Nothing is better than knowing God's great regard for us. It strengthens our hearts!
Our Father is poetic and cherishes us with His wonderful affirmation: we are children of His delight. It came from His loving heart and should always be with us. Sometimes we allow the devil's lies to contaminate us, but what God declares about us is true. So, when you feel sad or deprived of the Lord's presence, thank Him for His great love for you!
Sometimes, through our own fault, we become reprehensible. However, God's love and Word will never change. He is all we need; He is love and life for those who feel weak and abandoned. Walking as the Scriptures guide us will strengthen us and set us straight in life. As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him (Psalm 18:30)!
Nothing goes unnoticed by God. He watches how we live and serve Him, and He sees our dedication and our performance. Knowing what His will is, we cannot allow our attention to be diverted. That is what the devil wants the saved to do. Here is the divine “reminder”: Know that the Lord, He is God; it is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. (Psalm 100:3). Serve the Lord joyfully!
We are moved when we read the Lord's statements, written by Jeremiah. Knowing that God is also moved by us and feels compassion for us is overwhelming, for it shows His unconditional love for everyone. So never allow yourself to say anything against Him or anyone else, especially the saved. If you dare to do so, you will be outside the divine will, rebelling against true wisdom (Proverbs 18:1). Believe and be alert to live well!
Finally, we can be sure that no one will take us out of God's hands, as He Himself said: Then it shall be, after I have plucked them out, that I will return and have compassion on them and bring them back, everyone to his heritage and everyone to his land (Jeremiah 12.15) Praise the Lord!

Blessed and precious God! You know how much Your words do us good, gladdening our hearts and filling us with strength! You will not abandon us, Lord! We are grateful for having opened Your heart to us!
We are children of that please You, and there is no difference between the saved! Together and with You, we are invincible. Jesus prayed that we might be one with You and with Him, and this makes us feel unshakable. We will never be separated from You!
You will never forget us, even though we are not, by flesh, descendants of Abraham. Your love and Your glory move us. You are our Father! With Your hand, You hold us in such a way that we will not be torn from You!
I WILL RETURN
2026-02-13 03:00:00
“I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself: ‘You have chastised me, and I was chastised, like an untrained bull; restore me, and I will return, for You are the Lord my God
' Jeremiah 31.18 '
One of the virtues of God's servant is to be sensitive to the cries of His people. Without this gift, we cannot help anyone, but with it, we can bring comfort to many. In my view, this is one of the reasons we did not go to Heaven as soon as we converted. Jesus declared: Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.” (Mark 9:50).
The Lord would not use us to cause confusion in people's lives, but rather to show His guidance to both the saved and the lost. We must be instruments of salvation, not causes of deviation or abandonment of faith in Christ. Remember: there will be the judgment seat of Christ, where we will appear to give an account of what we have done here (2 Corinthians 5:10). Therefore, always be a helper, don’t be a collaborator with the destroyer.
When Jeremiah said, I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself: ‘You have chastised me, he was referring to the northern kingdom, whose capital was Samaria. In those days, that kingdom was devastated by the invasion of Shalmaneser, king of Assyria, and would still face the Babylonian army. Well, the kings of Israel had given the devil an opening. Jehovah was not their God, but Baal, a wicked deity whose worship involved sacrifices, promiscuity, and other evils. Everyone needs to see clearly whom they serve!
Today, evangelical churches are attended by “converted” people who are willing to serve God but continue to live a life of sin and idolatry. In a way, this contaminates those who have been saved from their former sinful practices. The old self must be abandoned; after all, whoever is in Christ is a new creation, for everything has been made new (2 Corinthians 5:17). So be careful not to give way to what Jesus called the leaven of the Pharisees (Matthew 16:6). They claimed to serve God, but they did not. Watch, pray, and believe!
Remember: repentance is given to the saved so that they may put off the old man and be sanctified in the holy Word. This work is done by the Holy Spirit, who convicts us of three important things: sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Without this conviction, no one can break free from the old baggage that corrupts man, causing him to lose the salvation he so desperately seeks.
Jesus explained the work of the Holy Spirit in convincing us of sin, righteousness, and judgment, saying: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged. (John 16.9-11). We are walking toward Heaven, so we need to abandon the past and take up our cross in order to follow the Master to the end (Mark 8:34).
Be submissive to God. Ephraim was an untrained bull, but he accepted divine punishment and asked: restore me, and I will return, for You are the Lord my God. Ephraim made this decision because he wanted to continue under God's lordship. Seek to walk right before the Lord!
In Christ, with love,

Eternal and gracious God! What a joy to have You as the Lord of our lives! We draw near to You to enjoy Your presence and reaffirm that the most important thing for us is to walk faithfully before Your love and power. Help us in this!
Many times, we walk outside of Your Way and choose what to do, instead of consulting You, not allowing You to exercise Your lordship over us, which is infinitely better. We do not want to abandon You or let another exercise Your authority over our lives!
If You deem it necessary, discipline us in the right measure. In You, there is mercy to make this untamed calf Your servant. If You do the necessary work of conversion in us, we will be Yours forever. You are our God!
THERE IS HOPE
2026-02-12 03:00:00
There is hope in your future, says the Lord, that your children shall come back to their own border
' Jeremiah 31.17 '
The revelation from the Lord given through the prophet Jeremiah was the most beautiful thing the people could hear: there is hope. Today, it is directed at those who need to believe that their suffering will end. In fact, it has ended, for the Bible says: Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53.4,5). Our preaching needs not only to bring hope to the afflicted, but also the certainty that, by believing in the Word, they will be set free by Christ
The solution to our problems was given by the Most High through Jesus' sacrifice on the Cross to deliver us from the empire of darkness. There is no longer any need for us to remain trapped in suffering because of injustice, rejection, and abandonment. The psalmist explained the reason: When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take care of me (Psalm 27.10). God affirms that He will never forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).
If you have received a message of hope from the Lord to solve your dilemmas, but nothing seems to change, pray and ask Him to show you, through His Word, the direction to carry out the work. Jeremiah said: “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord ( Jeremiah 17:7). Persevere!
It is good to “remind” God that delayed hope deferred even the strongest of His servants, but its fulfillment encourages the heart, as it is said in Proverbs 13.12: Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life. If a promise does not seem to be coming to fruition in your life, your understanding of the Word may be mistaken, or there may be something wrong in your life. So, cry out to the Father to show you the reason.
It is not always our hidden sin that prevents the Lord from working to give us blessings; sometimes it is our lack of knowledge of how He works and our distance from Him: O Lord, the hope of Israel, all who forsake You shall be ashamed. “Those who depart from Me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the Lord, the fountain of living waters.” (Jeremiah 17:13). Faith comes by hearing the Word, and the fulfillment of the promise by believing; so, pray and believe (Mark 11:23).
God commanded those who hoped to return to the stronghold to receive what they asked for: Return to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope. Even today I declare that I will restore double to you (Zechariah 9.12). Continue to fight in the same hope that has always guided you. The Lord may seem slow to some, but in the end, He will reward people according to the faith they place in Him.
This is the promise made to the Lord's Church: children will return to their parents. However, the enemy says that this will never happen. Who will you believe? The One who guarantees that His words will never pass away (Matthew 24:35), or the one who has never spoken the truth (John 8:44)? The devil is a thief and a liar, but God is true and keeps what He says!
In Christ, with love,

Honored Father! We live in expectation that Your Son will soon return to Earth to take us to Your Kingdom. Come and make Your promise real before our eyes, for then we will believe in You!
Jeremiah spoke of hope in the ultimate end, when the descendants of the patriarchs and Your faithful servants will be resurrected, for they awaited the return of the Messiah. They will be proof that Your words are fulfilled. We await for You!
One day, the last trumpet will sound, and then we will ascend to the Heavens of light and love, from where we will never leave. Enough of the struggles, temptations, and illusions of the world! Those who trust in You will be taken to be with You forever!
YOUR WORK SHALL BE REWARDED
2026-02-11 03:00:00
Thus says the Lord: “Refrain your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears; for your work shall be rewarded, says the Lord, and they shall come back from the land of the enemy.
' Jeremiah 31.16 '
This message is for those who feel trapped, oppressed, and suffer at the hands of the king of evil. Now, what had to be done for human beings to be freed from the kingdom of darkness and rid themselves forever of any affliction has already been accomplished by Christ. Now, we only have to preach the Good News, for whoever believes in Jesus will be freed, forgiven, and saved from perdition; however, whoever rejects God's gift will be lost forever. Our mission is noble!
Remembering Adam's sin and commenting on what his insane act caused us will not help us in any way, nor will it improve our spiritual condition. Now, preaching that the Father sent His beloved Son and that He took our place on the Cross will lead many to believe in salvation and to appropriate the blessings that resulted from this work. Jesus came down from Heaven, died in our place, and brought us redemption (John 3:16-21).
It is time to silence the voice of weeping and stop lamenting what was lost in Adam. The work of salvation has already been done; now, it is best to accept what God says in His Word and, through faith in Christ, be freed from the yoke of the devil, becoming part of God's family. So, stop suffering and take your place as a child of God, which, by the way, will make you succeed.
Living thinking about what Adam did is a waste of life, for everything we lost in his disastrous fall we gained with the coming of Christ. The Lord went to Hell and, in the devil's house, defeated him (Ephesians 4:7-10). Now, all you have to do is believe and celebrate the victory. Jesus will confirm His work in the lives of those who believe in Him. Instead of sadness, there will be joy, for darkness has lost the battle.
To relive failure is to suffer twice. What interests us is the work done by the Savior on our behalf and the authority He has given us over the kingdom of evil (Luke 10:19). We need to wipe the tears from our eyes to see clearly. If we continue to cry, our vision will be blurred, and with that, all the blessings Jesus has won for us will no longer mean as much. Pray!
We must not forget two facts. The first: there is a reward for the work we do through faith in Christ. Therefore, we must devote our time to preaching the Gospel wherever God sends us (Matthew 10:42; 1 Corinthians 3:8). Millions of people still know nothing about Jesus' coming to Earth or that He defeated the devil on their behalf and, therefore, can be freed from suffering. There is no way for the devil to reverse his defeat to Jesus!
The second: every captive will return from the enemy's land. To this end, we must proclaim the Truth to everyone throughout the planet. The devil has created various types of religion to keep people in his grip. However, the lost have the right to hear the Good News and enjoy freedom in Christ!

God, Author of the plan of salvation in Christ! It is sad to know that many have not yet heard the reason Your Son came to Earth. Therefore, they do not enjoy Your love now and may be deprived of it for eternity if they do not believe in Jesus to be redeemed and ascend with Him when He comes to take His beloved Church.
We want to obey You, suppressing the weeping voice from our throats, as You have instructed us to do through the prophet Jeremiah. Help us to wipe the tears from our eyes, so that we may see the beauty of Your holiness!
We thank You for reminding us that there is a reward for our work. May we do even more, so that You may be glorified! Those who are still outside Your fold and deprived of spiritual freedom will believe in Jesus and return from the land of perdition to be near You!
RAQUEL WEEPING FOR HER CHILDREN
2026-02-10 03:00:00
Thus says the Lord: “A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted for her children, because they are no more.”
' Jeremiah 31:15 '
The prophet Jeremiah was born in 650 BC and died in 587 BC. He prophesied to the Israelites, warning them about the Babylonian captivity that was to come. Since the authorities did not repent, the prophecy was fulfilled. Even today, the Lord warns His people that it is not good to distance themselves from Him. Unfortunately, however, there are people who call themselves Christians and live like the wicked, and therefore will not be admitted into the Kingdom of God (Ephesians 5:3-21).
Ramah was a city of the tribe of Benjamin, Rachel's second son with Jacob. She did not survive childbirth. As the baby was born, she died; therefore, she named him Benoni, son of my sorrow or pain. Jacob, however, changed his name to Benjamin, son of happiness (Genesis 35:16-19). Jeremiah's prophecy—that Rachel would weep for her children without consolation—was linked to Herod's decree ordering the killing of thousands of babies in Bethlehem (Matthew 2:13-18).
We can also associate the prophet's statement with the death of the Hebrew babies ordered by Pharaoh, who was afraid that the Israelites would outnumber the Egyptians and rule Egypt in the future (Exodus 1:8-20). Many kings, in different eras, felt the same way about Jacob's descendants. Today, the Church of Christ is being persecuted because some believe that our intention is to take control of the nation. Pure ignorance!
In His teachings, Jesus explained that His Kingdom is not of this world (John 18:36). Therefore, the kingdoms of this world can rest assured, for even though there may be some “adventurers” enchanted by the transitory glory of nations, we seek a new homeland that is not of this world (Hebrews 11:16; 13:14), the heavenly Jerusalem (Philippians 3:20). Someone should warn the kings of the Earth that we have no intention of taking what is theirs (John 8:36).
Rachel's voice was prophetic, for her descendants would suffer horrors because they did not understand the time of God's visitation: “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! (Matthew 23:37). How much blood has been wasted in vain! We are persecuted for doing good.
Almost four thousand years ago, Rachel wept as she gave birth, sensing what would happen to her seed. She lamented what would become of those who would be born of her and her sister, plus the concubines. The tears of Jacob's favorite, for whom he worked for 14 years to have as his wife after being deceived by his father-in-law (Genesis 29:16-28), were bitter and full of pain.
One day, in the glory that awaits us in Heaven, we will see her comforted for having been used as an ancestor of God's people. The wife of the patriarch Jacob will be rewarded. She is proof that it is worthwhile to be part of the divine family. We are also part of it!

Father of eternal consolation! How many innocent souls have been cut down by the lords of the nations? They did not understand that it would have been millions of times better if they had listened to Your Word, but they preferred to listen to Satan!
Other mothers have also wept for the wickedness that their children suffered at the hands of tyrants dressed as authorities of the nations. They will be held accountable for the sufferings faced by our brothers and sisters, including punishments and even death!
We thank You for Your consolations! When we thought that death would have been better, You intervened and saved Your selfless servants, which is why the Gospel is reaching all places on the planet!
INHERITANCE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD
2026-02-09 03:00:00
For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God
' Ephesians 5.5 '
For not examining the Scriptures, many commit sins whose consequences will cause them suffering for eternity if they do not repent and turn to the Lord. Now, no one has the right to condemn them for not acting in accordance with the Scriptures. But it is certain that everyone needs to recognize their sins in time to be forgiven, for they will have no excuse on the Day of reckoning (2 Corinthians 5:10). To do this, they must believe in the Truth!
Those who are known in the spiritual world as fornicators live one step away from being sent to the lake of fire and brimstone, from which they will never come out. We Christians have the responsibility to proclaim the Word to the lost, but unfortunately, many are on the verge of being condemned. It is necessary to teach those who desire to ascend with Jesus about everything that will lead people to Hell. Let us fulfill Christ's command to go!
Fornication is sexual intercourse between unmarried people or between an unmarried person and a married person. In other words, the unmarried person does not commit adultery, nor does the widower, because the former has not married anyone, and as for the latter, the marriage ended with the death of the spouse. However, those who engage in this practice will never be forgiven if they do not confess it and stop practicing it. Those who think that God is not so severe should remember one thing: He does not lie!
The impure, whether married or not, need to read the key verse of this message. Now, not even the opinion of someone “famous” will override the Holy Scriptures. The list recorded in 1 Corinthians 6:10 points out the ten groups that will be denied entry into the Kingdom of God, beginning with the sexually immoral, whose moral restraint does not exist. Unmarried couples in serious relationships are partially fornicating.
Fornicators, or adulterers, will be together with the others who did not obey God by failing to sanctify themselves. Now, according to the Lord, those who give themselves over to fornication, impurity, or are greedy—idolaters—will have no inheritance in the heavenly Kingdom. They must repent, stop these practices, and become pure. In addition to harming themselves, they stain the wedding garments they once received in salvation.
Don't let greed blemish your life, for no one with this stain will enter the Kingdom of Christ. Why give in to error when you can walk according to the Word, which is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105)? Never allow the devil to teach you. His role is to kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:10). The saved should not even examine sin, let alone practice it. God is your Friend!
There is an inheritance waiting for us in Heaven, and the Bible says we can use it: No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me,” says the Lord. (Isaiah 54.17). Be blessed!

Lord of our inheritance! It is gratifying to know that You help us in all situations, so that we may live by Your side and ascend with Jesus when He comes in glory to take the Church. We are grateful because You love us!
We do not want to be among the sinners in order not to be condemned. Empower us so that we may lead the lost to salvation in Christ. Bless those who love and obey You!
Deliver us from impurity and greed, which are like the sins of idolatry and witchcraft. Your love for us is our banner. We thank You for making us Your heirs. Thus, we will live forever in Your Kingdom!
GOD IN CHRIST FORGAVE YOU
2026-02-08 03:00:00
And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you
' Ephesians 4.32 '
A Christian's obedience to the Lord is seen in their attitude toward their neighbor, following God's guidance to be kind to one another—to be of good character. God's Word instructs us to pay attention to the little things, citing the little foxes that spoil the vineyard: Catch us the foxes, the little foxes that spoil the vines, for our vines have tender grapes. (Song of Solomon 2.15). Just when it is blossoming, they appear!
Brothers and sisters who are polite to others are appreciated, but those who do not care about good social interaction set a bad example. In fact, this can happen to anyone. If we do not teach them to serve God, they will make the worst decisions and act contrary to the standard required by the Most High. So why not be kind?
Just as the eternal Father was merciful to us, calling us to be part of His family and forgiving our faults, we must do the same with those who are negligent in their actions in the church. Not everyone ceases to be merciful because they act in the flesh, but because they have not learned what God's mercy means to us. We teach people more about Jesus when they see His work in our lives!
The Master told the parable of the unforgiving creditor, saying that a servant owed his master a sum of money and, having no way to pay it back, begged him for mercy. The servant therefore fell down before him, saying, ‘Master, have patience with me, and I will pay you all.’ (Matthew 18.26). The man then released the servant and forgave him the debt.
However, that servant was evil and did not know what awaited him. Upon leaving prison, he encountered a servant who owed him a small amount of money, and, grabbing him violently, demanded payment. On his knees, the fellow servant begged him to wait because he would pay him: So, his fellow servant fell down at his feet and begged him, saying, ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay you all.’ (Matthew 18.29), but the evil heart did not want to wait. God sees everything!
If Jesus forgave us a much greater debt, why wouldn't we forgive those who have wronged us much less? Those who do not forgive will not be forgiven: And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. (Mark 11.25). Christ taught that we will be measured by the same standard we use with others. What standard do you use with your neighbor?
We can never hinder the work of the Holy Spirit by telling everyone that they are forgiven, for we must wait for them to repent (Luke 17:3). But in prayer to the Lord, we must tell Him that we will forgive: But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses. (Mark 11.26).
In Christ, with love,

Our Lord and Master! We make a commitment before You to forgive those who have wronged us; however, we await Your work in that person’s heart, for we do not want anyone to depart for eternity without having received our forgiveness.
We must be kind to all. Even if the loss is great, our prayers cannot go unanswered. Nor do we want anyone to be sent to the lake of fire for the lack of our forgiveness. As You have forgiven us, so do we forgive!
We desire to do the same works as Christ and, for this, we make a commitment to go the extra mile for those who offend us, and we offer our other cheek. Only then will the person who offended us be able to feel Your Spirit and repent!
PUT AWAY FROM US
2026-02-07 03:00:00
Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice
' Ephesians 4.31 '
After we convert to Christ, there is a period of transformation, in which the Holy Spirit convicts us of our past mistakes in order to change our lives And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged. (John 16.8-11). God is good, faithful, and merciful!
Everything that the Most High tells us is in His Word. It is our rule of faith and practice, to give us salvation and confirm it to us. God is the Spirit of Truth, so we must always pay attention to what He shows us in the writings of the prophets and other people used to reveal the way to Heaven to us. It is time to listen to the Lord for our own good!
We do not know what should be taken from before our eyes. However, we will know when God's voice convinces us. It speaks softly, showing us where and how we sin; therefore, it is necessary to submit to everything that the Father of love tells us. Otherwise, good works will not be accomplished (Ephesians 2:10). The truth is that most of us do not live under blessings, and the devil still tries to persuade us that there is nothing wrong with that.
One of the mistakes we make is to let bitterness and uncontrollable sadness take over our hearts and make us feel miserable. When we are under this yoke, we find no pleasure in anything, and even though we are aware that we cannot continue this way, nothing gives us the strength to get out of this condition and walk the path of faith. Each person responds in a different way, but it is not good to consider ourselves innocent.
Following bitterness comes anger against ourselves and the people who only want our good. An angry heart leads us to wish evil upon those who have nothing to do with our lives and to condemn anyone for what happens to us. However, the most serious thing is that we fail to see that the biggest problem lies in not accepting ourselves in Jesus (Galatians 2:20). When we are in Christ, no bitterness dominates us (Romans 8:31,32).
It is inconceivable for a Christian to allow himself to be influenced by the offenses caused by a child of Satan. When a faithful servant, enraged, sets out to attack the offender who initiated the verbal aggression, the end result of such confusion can be the worst possible, because those who are enraged become slaves to the enemy (Psalm 37:8-11). If the Holy Spirit convinces you that you are straying from the Word, accept His advice!
It is good to be on guard so that we do not get involved in disputes or wear ourselves out in arguments in order to prove that we are right. The more we distance ourselves from shouting matches, the more we show that we are good people. No one knows what might happen if everyone overreacts and resorts to violence. Be a peacemaker at all times (Matthew 5:5,9)!
In Christ, with love,
R. R. Soares

Beloved God! Why get into trouble if it doesn't come from You? We need Your help at all times, to have a wise heart that pleases You and fulfills You. Why should we put ourselves in danger day and night?
With a bitter soul, we will never find You. If we harbor anger in our spirit, we will never have peace to find You and obtain Your help. We do not want to be consumed by anger, so we cry out for Your peace!
Father, we do not want the insane shouting or the blasphemies that try to lead us to the absurdity of believing we possess the truth. May all malice be removed from our minds, so that we may be happy with Your love!
ESCAPE FROM ETERNAL DANGERS
2026-02-06 03:00:00
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption
' Ephesians 4.30 '
People who have fallen into sin and are aware of it need to know the Lord's offer in order to make the right decision. Those who harden their hearts and refuse to look at the Word of God will see at the last hour that they are responsible for their own eternal loss. Beware of the excuses suggested by the devil to justify yourself. They show that you are wrong and will be judged by what is written in the Bible.
Even Christians who have gone through the stages of salvation know that their entry into the Kingdom of Heaven was not guaranteed because, at the turns of life, they slipped into the temptations of the kingdom of evil and now have to return to the Lord. This return will come through the recognition of their error, with due confession. They must reclaim their position before the Almighty. If you are in this situation, it is best to acknowledge your fall, confess your transgression, and accept the Father's forgiveness (1 John 1:9). Do it now!
It is not shameful to admit that you have sinned; after all, in the spiritual world, everything is naked and open before God, who sees and knows everything (Hebrews 4:13). It is evident that when you fall, you hurt the Father's heart; so, own up to your mistake and never try to pretend to be good, because your iniquities are recorded in Heaven. Thus says the Lord: He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy. (Proverbs 28.13). Open your heart to God!
When I understood that if I sinned, I should confess my transgression to the Lord, and if I were married and had committed any act against my marriage vows—especially the vow of fidelity sworn before the minister of the Gospel—– I would have to tell my wife, I said to myself: “I will not come close to adultery.” I felt that I would not have the courage to expose my fault; so, I asked the Most High never to allow me to give in to evil.
The Holy Spirit is saddened when we incline toward infidelity, but if we do not practice it, we do not need to say that we were tempted. Now, if we have given in to temptation, we must reveal our sin in order to be forgiven; otherwise, the stain will remain in and on us. The right thing to do is to avoid committing iniquity, taking our eyes off the traps set by the devil to catch us. Resist and live!
Why sadden the Holy Spirit, who is our Guide? He teaches us the Word and keeps us from falling into the clutches of the evil one. If there is only temptation, we are not obliged to confess it. However, those who have betrayed their spouse have placed themselves in the position of adulterers, and therefore will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven unless they repent. Watch!
When God gave us His Spirit, and we spoke in strange tongues, we were sealed for the Day of redemption, but if we have sinned, we must seek out our other half and apologize to them. Do not let sin dwell in you, but get rid of it in time so that you will not be counted among those who find themselves in the ten sad situations described in 1 Corinthians 6:10!
In Christ, with love,
R. R. Soares
Todays Prayer
Father of holiness and love! I pray that the person who has fallen into transgression does not keep the sin upon themselves, but reveals it to You and to the one they betrayed or offended. Thus, they will be forgiven. We love You for Your escape!
Many have sinned, and each time they lie, they sink deeper into error, which will lead them to the hellish underworld. Help them to free themselves from evil so that they may be happy. The devil fills them with shame so that they do not leave their error!
Strengthen those who have had the misfortune of not being alert, that have been encouraged to lie, and today are tormented by the pain of shame. Do not let the enemy destroy them, but grant them the courage to plead for Your forgiveness!
WORKING WITH HANDS
2026-02-05 03:00:00
Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need
' Ephesians 4.28 '
When the Scriptures speak about our hands, we interpret this as the abilities that the Creator gives us to do His work. After Jesus sent His disciples ahead of Him to the cities He was going to visit, and they returned, the Lord asked them: And He said to them, “When I sent you without money bag, knapsack, and sandals, did you lack anything? So they said, “Nothing.” - (Luke 22.35). The Savior supplies us with everything!
Those called by Christ and ready to do divine work anywhere will have the skills to speak the Word and do the work, overcoming any difficulty. We are the people acquired (1 Peter 2:9) and used by God to help solve people's problems. For this, the Father grants us more than we think or ask (Ephesians 3:20); we just need to cast all our anxiety on Him (1 Peter 5:7).
Some people steal for a living and believe they are doing God's work. I am not referring only to those who steal from the church, whose resources were given for the maintenance of the work, but to those who use the resources entrusted to them to fulfill Jesus' command to go. Such individuals have sold themselves to the devil, as Judas Iscariot did (John 13:2). Others, for example, steal from the government by living on a false pension, obtained through deception. Understand: fraud is theft!
We highlight fraudsters who succumb to anger when they suffer harm. However, the damage done to someone or the government is also theft. The Scriptures reveal that thieves will not inherit the Kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:10). This message warns those who steal any amount or anyone's property that the gates of Heaven will not open for them. It is time to repent!
We must use the abilities given to us by God to do good and never follow the example of the foolish, who justify their actions by claiming they have done no harm to anyone. The Most High warns us: This is the way of an adulterous woman: she eats and wipes her mouth, and says, “I have done no wickedness.” (Proverbs 30.20). In general, sinners try to become rid of the mistake they have made and explain themselves. Be on guard!
Almost always, behind a bankruptcy, there is someone who seduces the bankrupt with words crafted in Hell, and even after suffering a loss, some people still claim they do not understand the Lord, insisting that they did nothing wrong. The Word declares, "For by means of a harlot a man is reduced to a crust of bread; and an adulteress will prey upon his precious life" (Proverbs 6.26). Never let yourself be carried away by the course of the world; seek God's direction in the Bible!
We need to seek in the Holy Book the teachings on how to turn away from the sins around us, which separate us from eternity with God. As you learn the Word, keep it in your heart to share with those who are weak and will not enter the Kingdom of the Lord unless they change. For some, the present is the last message from our heavenly Father. Believe!
In Christ, with love,
R. R. Soares

God of our happiness! We have no words to thank You for the blessing of repenting and beginning life with Your Son. So, we confess our sins committed through actions, words, or thoughts. Forgive us and deliver us from Hell!
We do not want to go to Hell, but, like Zacchaeus, we decide to return everything we have taken from someone, from the church, and from the government. Help us to no longer take anything that is not ours!
Let us know how to use our hands for good, even if it means giving up the luxury and ostentation that shame us, for they do not belong to us. We long to go to Your Kingdom. Change us and we will be changed. Father, we are grateful for Your forgiveness!
