NO ENEMY LEFT STANDING
2025-01-14 03:00:00
It is God who avenges me, and subdues the peoples under me.
' 2 Samuel 22.48 '
God's will is to take full revenge on the enemies who attack you, causing you to go wrong on a daily basis and suffer the most terrible illnesses. The forces of darkness will certainly pay a high price for what they do to people, including the lost, who think it's natural to practice what the Creator condemns. He will not ignore the actions of demons on the weak in faith!
The Lord instructs man to rise up against his adversaries, who oppress him in any area of life. The Christian must learn to obey God's purpose in order to succeed in any battle. Jesus has already empowered us to do the same works as He did in His day on earth. Never stop giving credit to Christ's victory!
As long as the devil and his demons are not under the feet of Christians who live the reality of the new birth, the return of Jesus Christ will not take place. So says the Holy Bible: And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen! (Romans 16:20). So stand firm in your position as a faithful servant!
All vengeance will not let a single unclean spirit triumph over heaven's warriors. They must act like David in their fight against sin. Evil spirits cause unimaginable damage. Because of the devil's interference, even though we walk with Christ and have been given authority over darkness, we don't use the tools we've been given to free the oppressed. How long will we fail to do what we have been commanded to do?
The Christian who lives according to the world, prospering to spend on frivolous things, failing to contribute to missions and caring about the lost, is probably still under the sway of the evil one. When we are set free by Jesus, we revolt against the evil that the devil carries out against our fellow human beings, and then we set out with the desire to deliver those who are under his dominion. Christ really does set us free!
Take the expression whole revenge and use it in your prayers to the Father, asking for it to become a reality for you. Don't let the enemy afflict you by invading your soul, staining it or tearing it apart. It is your duty to forbid him to touch your life: Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:23). The Lord's part will be done. Will you do yours too?
People need to submit to Jesus, to whom David was referring in the biblical verse. We too have been included in this revelation, so we will fight the good fight and give our souls no respite until we are in heaven. The Lord subjects people to those who are prepared by Him to be delivered from evil. The saved are special to God. So let Him be special to you!

Lord of all vengeance! How small-minded people are who know nothing of You and don't want to know. Life with Jesus makes us victorious, and that satisfies us in part, because we want to see Your full vengeance at work on our behalf!
You told Joshua that no one would stand before him, for You would be with him wherever he went, helping him to overcome evil. He believed and occupied all of Canaan; moreover, he gave the people Your guidance on how to proceed in holiness before You!
Thank You for this promise! It will not leave us idle in anything we have to do. That is why we will overcome the enemies who rise up against us. You are our Strength, our Helper, who will make us triumph over everything that comes against us!
BY YOUR GENTLENESS
2025-01-13 03:00:00
You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; Your gentleness has made me great.
' 2 Samuel 22.36 '
King David was used in this text in a great way, teaching those who seek to live in God's presence to awaken to their rights in the Lord. Without these insights provided by the psalmist, we would be empty and weak. We must enjoy what the Lord has given us by calling us to do His will. Everything is ours!
According to David, the Most High made his feet like the feet of deer (2 Samuel 22:34) - or hinds. This is an animal whose leap drives predators crazy, as they can outrun them by running at 60 kilometers per hour. When the hunter is getting close, it can jump up to nine meters, and the hunter gives up the chase. The Lord gives us the same ability in temptations that seem to take control of our lives and destroy us (1 Corinthians 10:13). God is Father!
If your thoughts are low, leading you to despise yourself or surrender to defeat, you can escape from this situation with the speed of deer. We cannot fail to use these resources, because God has placed us on these heights for our own good. The saved only fall into the enemy's hands if they are naïve like some prey who believe that their end has come and the predator has won. Today, we have the power to rebuke those who want to devour us (Luke 10:19).
David confessed that the Almighty teached his hands (2 Samuel 22.35), giving him skills while still in his mother's womb, so that he would be victorious in battle. With the instruction of the Most High, you will never lose a battle. So be strong enough to give the predators of your soul the answer that matches the temptation you are going through. Be strong!
The strength with which you were clothed at birth in the Kingdom of Heaven is infinitely superior to the powers of the kingdom of darkness used against you. Still in verse 35, David explains that his arms could break copper bows. It doesn't matter what mission God commissions us to do; even if it's improbable for anyone else, for us, who fulfill God's will, it will be simple. In fact, the Lord is our ability, so we will succeed!
In possession of the Shield of Salvation, who will resist us? Will it be the terrible Amorites, like Sihon and Og (Numbers 21:21-30), accustomed to doing evil to anyone who crossed their path? Or the giant who despised the Israelites? To this David showed that victory belongs to those who are in the Lord's hands. Anyone, even a good-looking young man brought up in faith in God, must set an example of overcoming evil with the divine anointing upon him (1 Samuel 17).
Look at the detail of David's revelation: For your gentleness. It wasn't by brute force or any other means that David became Israel's hero, but by the gentleness of God's Spirit, which accompanied him in praising the Lord, in battles for his country and for his personal life. This is the way God has chosen to magnify His servants, and this is how you must be known.

God, our Preparer! We need You as our Lord and Master, being in Your hands. We want to be prepared for the day of trial and show our trust in You. In this way, we will overcome evil!
After You anointed us to act wonderfully in the fights for the justice of Your Kingdom, You gave us the shield of salvation. With it, we can do more than we ask or think. Father, what matters to us is Your unconditional love. Thank You!
Your Son has bought us for You and made us kings and priests to work in Your Kingdom. In order to fulfill our mission, we need Your gentleness to guide and teach us; then everything You have said about us will come true. Your purpose is to make us great!
HE MAKES MY WAY PERFECT
2025-01-12 03:00:00
God is my strength and power and He makes my way perfect.
' 2 Samuel 22.33 '
If we ask someone who God is to them, we will certainly hear multiple explanations, portraying Him with various titles. However, many will say that they don't believe in His existence; others will consider Him a superstition, and some will say that they have more important things to do. What people think of the Creator doesn't matter, but what the Bible says about Him does for our sake. Now, we must exhort those who don't seek Him!
Belief in God is not a mental assent to muffle the cry of conscience. The fact is that, since creation, many people who have found Him have been blessed. It's sad to see that many live like animals, who, once dead, will never be mentioned again. But this will not happen to man, for He is eternal. Without Christ, our life will be an indescribable suffering (John 3.36). God is real!
You will come to know the Lord through the Scriptures, and this will give you such certainty that it will be like looking in a mirror. This conviction comes from hearing what the Word says about the Lord and what will enlighten your soul. This is called faith, like the faith that dwelt in Jesus. With it, you will draw near to your heavenly Father and be heard by Him, who will give you the power to rebuke and send away any evil!
When the reference to God is not biblical, it is worthless. The Bible was written 3,500 years ago and is the oldest book in the world. Around 40 people were used to give this gift to humanity. The country of its origin was smaller in territorial extension than the Brazilian state of Sergipe. There are no mistakes in this Book, and it takes time and meditation to understand its message. There are passages that seem to have been written last month!
It is a fact that David was a mixture of warrior and worshipper. For him, the Lord was his fortress, his refuge and his very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46.1). This made him fear no one. God was also the Strength of David's life, so who would he be afraid of? (Psalm 27.1). We should only fear the Lord, never man or demons. With this faith, David completely silenced his enemies (2 Samuel 7:1). Take care!
The king of Israel claimed that God cleared his path perfectly, which is why he was never caught up in a war. So it must be with us: we must never be captives of our enemies. Even if they try to imprison us, or our family members and companions in the Lord's war, we will be freed and victorious. This is the promise: the Father frees His faithful from evil bonds. When faced with a dead end, believe the Word!
None of God's servants should give up, but rather trust in the fact that He is perfectly capable of helping those who put themselves in His hands. So say with faith: “God is my Fortress and Strength. He is the One who clears my path”. Then thank the Lord for being your Help and fight on to total victory. You will never be confounded (Romans 10:11).

God, our Suppler! We must seek You and live close to You, having Your Word on our lips, coming out of our hearts. In this way, we will live joyfully, in good spirits and ready to do our best in Your work. There's no need to fear or run away!
If you are our Fortress, we will refuse the devil's hints on how to run away or do what he wants. Our mission is to believe in You as our Strength, which always leads us to success. You are our Comforter!
If we have no way out, we will not fear or make a deal with the devil. You deliver us from dangers and lead us in holiness and love to still waters. Nothing and no one will paralyze our faith in You. We are grateful to have You with us!
SMALL AND DESPISED
2025-01-11 03:00:00
I am small and despised, yet I do not forget Your precepts.
' Psalm 119.141 '
It doesn't matter our physical stature or the position we hold. It's not what people see that distinguishes us, but what we have in our hearts. There are those who make themselves leaders and fail to fulfill the mission claimed for them. What God has given you to do and how you do it should be your main concerns. After all, we will be held accountable for the talents we have received from the Lord (Matthew 25:14-30). Take care of yourself!
By giving us a task, God is already preparing us. Now, the main part of this preparation is left for the beginning of the work, in the middle and at the end of everything, which is why we need to consecrate ourselves to Him in prayer and in the study of the Word. Those who are called by God don't always pass the test, but those who are chosen do (Matthew 22:14). But they must be alert, because they will receive new instructions while they are doing the work.
It doesn't matter if the psalmist was short in stature, or considered to be of little value or esteemed value. The One who calls us knows us from our conception, and He has worked hard to give us birth with the ability to bring the Gospel of salvation to this generation, which will come to the Father (Psalm 139.1-16). So don't consider the mere fact that you are short to be an impediment to doing the work of the Most High, because the Lord will honor you in every trial. You are God's best for today!
Those who despise the Lord's call to work reject God Himself. These fools will regret having declared that the Creator was wrong in what He did. Now, the Lord is upright in His ways, and those commissioned by Him must also be blameless. Understand: by choosing someone for a mission, the Father has already given them perfection: You shall be blameless, before the LORD your God (Deuteronomy 18.13).
Being short is not an obstacle to being saved. A good example of this was Zacchaeus, the tax collector. When Jesus was passing through Jericho, the Spirit of God gave Zacchaeus a desire: to see the Master. So that man, enlightened by the Lord, climbed a wild fig tree, because Christ would be passing by and he would be able to see Him. The Savior knew what God was preparing Him for. So he said to Zacchaeus, Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay stay at your house, and he brought salvation to that family (Luke 19.5b)!
The psalmist also declared that he was despised. Now, those who suffer the indifference of society find in the Son of God support to overcome and become someone of good character and capable of helping those who face adversity. We have to recognize that the Most High made the necessary change in us when we were being formed in our mother's womb. Because of this, we can fulfill His will!
Tell yourself that it doesn't matter if someone calls you short or tall. What matters is that you know you were born to carry out God's plan. If you obey the commandments, you will be rewarded for life. Never neglect God's commands or put them off, but carry them out as quickly as possible.
In Christ, with love,

God, our beloved Father! We would like to know the best in life and follow Your commandment always. Regarding the fact that someone doesn't consider us fit to do something because of our physical appearance, for example, we are happy that we are Your image and likeness!
When You help us to carry out Your commands, we will have a feeling of gratitude and value from You, so before You, we thank You for Your teachings. As Your servants, we enjoy what You provide for us!
Zacchaeus found You and realized himself in Jesus, hosting the Master in his home. The people witnessed the publican repent and make the decision to leave the offerings of the world, to fight in Your strength and become blessed!
THE DELIGHTS OF THE SON OF GOD
2025-01-10 03:00:00
Trouble and anguish have overtaken me, yet Your commandments are my delights.
' Psalm 119.143 '
The pleasures of men are diverse and depend on what they carry in their hearts. When we keep the Lord's commandments, temptations, trials and other attacks from the devil don't affect us, because when we obey God, He visits us and takes us out of the enemy's hands. However, those who live far from the Lord do not have the fear of God; therefore, they will not be guarded by the angel of God (Psalm 34.7). Watch out!
The person who walks in the flesh turns his thoughts to sin and material things and, in this way, neither pleases God nor gets answers to his supplications, prayers and determinations: But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11.6). It is impossible to walk with the Lord and not have His protection and companionship. The Almighty does not share His house with anyone (1 Corinthians 3:16).
The sensation experienced when observing the divine commandments is like the effect of a medicine for depression and other mental, physical and spiritual afflictions. However, this “medicine” is not bought in pharmacies or prescribed by specialists, but administered by God Himself, who knows our needs and is happy to help us. When you are in trouble, take your problem to the Father; if your heart has never been open to the Most High, you know how much you suffer away from Him.
Whoever meditates on the affirmations of the Word is strengthened in their faith in Christ, is perfect in resolving against the evils that torment them in the Name of Jesus and, at the same time, is wise in crying out to the Father about any matter. Those who never get answers to their prayers need to meditate on the commandments and keep them. In this way, he will be loved by the Son, by the Father, and will also see the manifestations of Christ in his life (John 14:21).
Many Christians live in anguish and overcome by trials, because they never feel joy in keeping the Lord's commandments, and so they don't overcome the struggles that arise against them and their families. Jesus has given us power over the power of the devil and demons: Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). Why fear Satan if you have God on your side?
Troubles and anxieties don't bother those who are healthy in the faith, because when difficulties come, they immediately act as the Bible teaches and send the disturbances away. Those who don't accept their faith bend to the devil and thus live in trouble. On the other hand, those who stand on the Word are certainly examples to everyone, including those in their household. Believe and overcome!
Take pleasure in the biblical commandments and you will be anointed and blessed. By believing in God's promises, the Christian comes out from under the oppression of the enemy and becomes victorious, just like Jesus. Living under the anointing from On High will make you act as the Master acted: If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and Scripture cannot be broken) (John 10.35)!

Lord of the mighty commandments! We must commit ourselves to the Word in order to win the battles. Whoever does not enjoy Your grace available in the Gospel, the Good News of Your Kingdom, lives below the poverty line, without knowing what it is to be Your child!
We have been prepared to serve You as priests and kings of Your eternal Kingdom, by Your Son and our Lord. Therefore, we will never let anguish and anxiety afflict Your people. Jesus has already paid the price for our fall. Use us!
By being aware of the deliverance provided by the Savior on the cross, we will not bend in the face of temptation. Father, Your Word is enough for us. Your people have been saved to live with dignity. In the Name of Jesus, we are free!
WHEN GOD HEARS US
2025-01-09 03:00:00
Hear my voice according to Your lovingkindness; o Lord, revive me according to Your justice.
' Psalm 119.149 '
The Author of our faith is the Holy Spirit, who guides us in the Word of God, the Truth (John 17:17). That's why we need to be right with God. The blind man, mentioned in John 9, who was healed by Jesus and went to the pool of Siloam to wash the mud applied by the Master to his eyes, saw more than the Jews who asked him, for he said: Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him (John 9.31). Believe and live!
The Author of our prayers must be the Holy Spirit, because then we won't miss the opportunity to be heard and answered by the Father. If we talk about ourselves, we become like sinners, without the fear of the Lord. But if we are clothed in the anointing of the Comforter, we will be in the presence of God, and what we speak will enter the Holy of Holies, where the Most High judges, and we will be blessed.
The Almighty wants to hear our voice as we declare the revelations of the Word, to bless us and reward us for believing in our Covenant with Jesus. The apostle Paul speaks of this, quoting King David: And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, 'I have believed and therefore I spoke, we also believe and also speak (2 Corinthians 4:13). If you believe that Jesus replaced you on the cross, demand your rights (Isaiah 53.1-11).
God hears our voice when we speak according to the Covenant He made with man in Christ's death on the cross. The Lord has promised us: My covenant I will not break, nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips (Psalm 89.34). If He doesn't break His covenant or what goes out of His lips, why would we break it? It is our guarantee of having it fulfilled in us. Don't accept temptation, sickness or any other evil!
Praying without referring to the judgment made in Jesus' death and resurrection is like scooping water out of the sea or river with a sieve: pure waste of time and hope. Therefore, when you enter the Father's presence to receive any blessing, don't do it crying, like a person who is suffering a lot and has no one's attention. You can believe and enjoy all that Jesus suffered in your place. Believe and live free!
God listens to us out of His gracious hope, which made Him give His only begotten Son to die in our place, paying our debt to Him. The Lord wants to see you act by believing in His promises for your life. In this way, you will be after God's own heart: And when He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said: I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will (Acts 13.22).
The Lord gives us life again through the quickening he did in Jesus (1 Corinthians 15:22). We can't invent anything that the Most High hasn't said and claim it. Therefore, you have to be connected to His Word in order to be blessed (John 15:5). Understand: praying for the sake of praying is playing games with God, but when you know that something belongs to you, even if someone tells you otherwise, don't believe that bad word, because God has already guaranteed you His gifts.
In Christ, with love,
R. R. Soares

God who hears us! It is good to know Your desire to fulfill in us Your declarations on our behalf. That's why we want to read the Scriptures and learn the things that are ours to accomplish and enjoy!
No more suffering and doubts when it comes to taking possession of the blessing. We can never stumble in life. We have received from You the same faith that You gave to Your Son. With it, the Savior did the works You commanded. We want to do the same!
We thank You for Your hopeful goodness, or kind hope. We are Your agents in this generation, just as others were in their time. Don't let us lose the promise that we will be blessed if we believe in Your revelations. Amen!
OLD AND FULL OF DAYS
2025-01-08 03:00:00
So when David was old and full of days, he made his son Solomon king over Israel.
' 1 Chronicles 23.1 '
David's time was running out, because, as God said through Moses, the limit of life for man was 70 to 80 years, and anything beyond that would be tiresome: The days of our lives are seventy years; and if by reason of strength they are eighty years, yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off and we fly away (Psalm 90.10). In those days, there were no people who lived beyond that, but today we have a few centenarians again.
Science is engaged in research to improve people's health, and some are able to extend their years on earth. However, it's too early to credit this to the work of those selfless people who go to great lengths to extend life. On the one hand, this is good, and we should take advantage of the “stretching” of longevity to lead more people to eternal salvation. Those who don't believe in eternity will have the opportunity to meditate on what God says about it.
According to scholars, in Jesus' day, someone who was 40 years old was considered elderly, because life expectancy was up to 38 years, more or less. Now, if we compare this lifespan with those born in the days after creation, when some lived for almost a thousand years, like Methuselah, who died at the age of 969 (Genesis 5.27), they were blessed. Now, even the longevity of the early days is nothing compared to the eternal life to be enjoyed by us in the Kingdom of God, where we will no longer be tormented by the devil!
David lived for the sake of the kingdom of Israel, in order to show the world that faith in the Lord is important, and through this, the elders of Joshua's day had their days increased (Judges 2.7). They saw that the people were not prepared to live alone because, with the departure of their leader and captain, they lacked the maturity and understanding to follow God's will. In this way, they could lose the next battles, so they prayed!
The king of Israel didn't make an assessment of how he felt when his strength diminished, nor did he complain about not being able to go in and out as before, but he prayed to God on behalf of his replacement in charge of the country. So he was shown Solomon, his son. David met with the leaders of the government and told them of God's choice for the successor to the throne. The decision having been accepted by all, Solomon began to reign.
David grew old, but he didn't lose his mind, nor did he do shameful things to himself or his family. He was full of days and experiences. Solomon would learn to fear the Lord by seeing his father do the right thing, as well as continuing to grow before God and man. David made his son king over Israel, and that was the certainty that the country would have peace and prosperity, because there was nothing to stop him from giving himself to the Lord, as David did.
We too are getting older, and soon we will see our spiritual children leading the work and carrying out God's will. The right choice needs to come from the Almighty; if it comes from man, the fruits will easily show the difference. Those who replace us will have a lot of work ahead of them, because the Kingdom of Heaven cannot be diminished. We must be one with the Lord!
In Christ, with love,

Wise and holy God! Every leader raised up by You to lead the Church needs Your anointing, because You are the Commander of the work. This servant must be holy, powerful and obedient in all the determinations of the Word!
You were with Solomon, son of David, who was king by Your appointment and under Your direction, so he did what was right before Your eyes. We can't put off the decision to seek You. If we don't have Your guidance, we won't do the job right!
David, who was old and experienced, cried out to You to show that he would rule in Your Name, for the good of Your Kingdom and Your people. Since You would show the one You had called and prepared, David and the people accepted Your decision. Use us, Father!
UNTIL THE WORK IS FINISHED
2025-01-07 03:00:00
And David said to his son Solomon, “Be strong and of good courage, and do it; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the Lord God—my God—will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the Lord
' 1 Chronicles 28.20 '
From the moment we were conceived, still in our mother's womb, we were already in contact with God: For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother's womb (Psalm 139:13). He participated in our creation, preparing us to do His will. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we are no longer prisoners of the condemnation that Adam's sin brought upon humanity. Thus, we are free and become members of the divine family (Romans 8:1).
Jesus' redemptive work freed us from the evils of the spiritual death caused by the sin of the first couple. However, there is more for us to learn, as the Bible says: Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written. The days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them (Psalm 139.16). Cry out for what is written!
David said to Solomon, Be strong and of good courage. This has been lacking for man to realize, because we have already been given all the tools to overcome the struggles brought by the devil. Meditate on the Word daily and, when something catches your eye, believe in it and claim it for yourself, because it already belongs to you. Start by reading the Psalms and then continue with the Gospels. That way, you'll know the blessings that will make you successful!
The king said that his son had to do the work. Yes, that will make you a winner. It's not enough to wish for better days; you have to call them into being in your life. Jesus declared: And whatever you ask in My name, I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13). This asking means claiming from the Lord, taking possession of what you have learned is yours and demanding a way out of the evil that dominates you and causes you suffering. Do it now!
Your faith will be tested by situations that insist on making you think that God doesn't love you; that His revelations are false and you will never be healed, happy and prosperous. The key is to never fear the devil or his lies, because what God has written about you is true. God's promises and the work done by Jesus on the cross belong to you (Isaiah 53:1-11). Never fear: He will give you what has been determined! King David said that the Lord, his God, would be with you. He is your God!
By saying that the Lord was his God, David showed that this was one of the reasons why he had never been defeated in war. He ended by saying that the Almighty will not leave or forsake those who trust in Him. The Most High wants to bless you in this way. All you have to do is believe!
The king of Israel went on to explain that this would be done until Solomon had finished all the work on the house of the Lord. Today, God's temple is your body, and there is still much to be done for you. Be firm, be sure, because you were born to be victorious!
In Christ, with love,

God, our Father! David gave Solomon no better advice than You give us through Your Word. We thank You for taking care of us from the very beginning of our journey, when we didn't know You existed. You are more than we think or can imagine!
We must be strong and of good courage, but this will only be possible if we have Your help and Your love, so that we are not afraid or terrified of the onslaughts of the enemy. Your angels will guard us from all evil. We need You!
You are our God and You will not leave us nor forsake us. That's why we long to know You better, so that we can love You more and more. By Your command, we will also be Your beloved children, until we have finished all the work of serving your house. Dwell in us!
THE LORD'S COMMAND
2025-01-06 03:00:00
“All this,” said David, “the Lord made me understand in writing, by His hand upon me, all the works of these plans”
' 1 Chronicles 28.19 '
David was a man of prayer, who knew how to stay at the Lord's feet until he heard from Him the direction to take in and out of war. Servants of the Most High must have the ability to act on all fronts. Undoubtedly, those who are dependent on God will be guided to proceed as Heaven has planned. This is beneficial for those who serve the Lord faithfully and powerfully. We will leave this world, but the work must go on!
The king was given the blueprint for the construction of God's house. What was designed had to be followed. This also happened with Moses, to whom the Most High gave the mission of setting up the tabernacle in the desert, telling him: Take heed that you make it according to its pattern, which was shown you on the mountain (Exodus 25.40). What a command! He had to follow the guidance given.
We who preach the Gospel and have been called to lead God's work must stick to what we learn in the heat of ministry. Today, it's not temples that need to be built, but transformed lives, so that the Lord's work can continue. God knows why He has called us to begin the work, which must resemble that which Jesus carried out while He was on earth (1 John 2.6). We must never deviate from God's plans, but carry them out!
The plan written in our hearts and confirmed by prayer, fasting and a lot of struggle cannot and must not be changed. After all, God has called us to carry on this blessed work, which will go on for centuries until Christ returns. If there is ever a need for readjustment, the Almighty will tell us, not some weakling in faith and ministry who tries to convince us to do as he thinks. Moses had to pay attention to what he saw. That way, nothing would turn out differently.
The way of acting of every healthy ministry, which does the will of the Most High, is unique. That is why it cannot be imposed on any other ministry. Just as in the Jerusalem of the past there were 12 gates, today there must also be gates prepared by God for the lost to enter. Some people think that everyone should preach the same in their churches, but then why are there so many doors? May the Lord help us to understand this!
Jesse's son received the risk and asked the building experts to examine the site and make the necessary corrections. The king was not only an invincible warrior, but also a worker capable of seeing the smallest details. It's good when churches do as they're told, and everyone can serve God in peace. There are some people that no one will win to Christ; others I won't win either. The Lord knows!
Even with all the preparations, David passed on the plan for the temple to Solomon, the son chosen by the Lord to reign in his father's place. The time for David's departure was approaching, and he was ready to meet the Lord (1 Kings 2). Our turn will come one day, so we need to be in divine preparation, doing the Father's will with a joyful heart. Take care of yourself to go to the eternal Home!

Lord of the perfect risk! We must act like Moses: do as he was shown. Father, may Your wisdom always assist us. In this way, we will carry out the work as Jesus taught us. Deliver us from temptations and mistakes!
David understood that the plan for the temple came into his hands by Your will. We want to fulfill the project You designed for us, completing it as You planned. Look at us and instruct us in everything!
The king of Israel was certain that Your will would be carried out and he strove to do his best, gathering thousands of people to serve You. Just as he won wars with Your help, he knew that Solomon would build Your temple with Your love!
CALLING ON THE LORD
2025-01-05 03:00:00
He shall cry to Me, ‘You are my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation’
' Psalm 89.26 '
Calling on the Lord is the right of those who believe in His promises and decide to put an end to their problems, whether simple or complicated. God does not see situations as man does, nor does He fear the evil one. However, those who are weak in faith fear the devil because they don't believe in what God reveals in His Word, the Truth (John 17:17). We are the heirs of the blessings won by Jesus when He died on the cross in our place. In view of this, we can and must cry out to Him for help!
Christians need to understand that, although they are God's, they will also face difficulties (John 16.33), but they shouldn't assume a life without the blessing provided by Jesus: salvation. The Lord says: “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me” (Psalm 50.15). Do your part by believing and you will see that deliverance and other gifts will be given to you. Never forget to glorify the Lord for His faithfulness.
Even the lost know the power of crying to the true God. Jonah, the runaway prophet, boarded a ship after having paid the fare and chosen the place that suited him best. At the time, the sea was so rough that it looked like everyone would die. At first, the ship's captain thought it would be an ordinary storm, but then it became very strong. So he woke Jonah up, telling him to call on his God (Jonah 1).
When things get tough, even those who don't believe in the Lord despair and cry out for help, but God doesn't listen to sinners (John 9:1-38). Now, when a sinner decides to give way to the Most High, he is heard by Him: So the captain came to him, and said to him: What do you mean sleeper! Arise, call on your God; perhaps your God will consider us, so that we may not perish (Jonah 1.6). The recipe was given by an unbeliever, but following it is good!
After Abel was killed by his brother Cain, who envied him for having his offering accepted by God, Eve had another son called Seth. From this, Enos was born (Genesis 4.25,26), and the meaning of his name is mortal man. Nothing was said about Adam and Eve's daughters, except that they were born (Genesis 5.4). After Enos was born, they began to call on the Name of the Lord. How many years did they lose because they didn't understand what you get from calling on him? How much have we lost by not doing the same?
The greatest blessing to be received by calling on this Name in faith was prophesied by Joel: And it shall come to pass, that whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, as the LORD has said, among the remnant whom the LORD calls (Joel 2.32). In the Gospel, Mount Zion, and in the Church, Jerusalem, there is deliverance for those who are called!
Call on the Lord, declare that He is your Father, but do so according to what you have learned from the Scriptures, as the Rock of your salvation. To call means to use the Name to cast out evil. The sons of Sceva tried to do this, but they were put to shame for not acting according to the Word (Acts 19:13-16). Do this in faith and you will see the result (Mark 11:23).

God of the saving Name! We need to fear Your Name and call upon it in spirit and in truth, or we will receive nothing. Help us to respect You enough to have Your power in our lives. Help us!
On Mount Zion, the Gospel, we want to see Your glory, and in Jerusalem, Your salvation won by Jesus. In this way, we will come to You, love You and show everyone that You forgive sins and heal the suffering!
You will lead us to Your eternal Kingdom, so we ask for Your mercies, because in the world there is temptation of all kinds. We want to stay pure and healthy in the faith, so that we can go up with Christ when He returns!
BEATING DOWN THE ENEMIES
2025-01-04 03:00:00
I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague those who hate him.
' Psalm 89.23 '
There is no need for any Christian to beat down his enemies, because the Lord has said that this is His prerogative. God takes it upon Himself to overthrow those who rise up against you. The Father has taught us how to act towards those who persecute and slander us: let Him take care of the situation. It doesn't matter if someone has spent a long time in witchcraft; the devil no longer has power over those who are saved (1 John 5:18)!
In the Bible, we read about several battles in which God's people were greatly helped by Him. When it looked like the Israelites would lose the fight, they cried out to the Lord, and He helped them in a great new way. Then their tormentors were totally defeated. Now, everything that happened to Israel on that occasion is an example of what will happen to those who trust in God (1 Corinthians 10:1-11). So, in any situation, claim your rights and believe!
We can take as an example the destruction of the Egyptian army, when Pharaoh regretted releasing the Hebrews and decided to go after them and put an end to them. The Lord took action and made the Egyptian soldiers, who were trying to kill the children of Jacob, drown in the waters of the Red Sea: The horse and its rider He has thrown into the sea (Exodus 15.1b). The Almighty watches over us!
The battle for Canaan had got off to a good start for Israel, and the peoples who lived there came together to give a fitting response. When some kings heard that Gibeon had made peace with Israel, they went to attack it. Joshua had pledged to protect the Gibeonites, who asked him to help them quickly. The prophet answered this call, and God helped him greatly, sending stones from heaven upon the Amorites and stopping the sun for almost a day (Joshua 10:1-14). The Most High will help you too!
On one occasion, God came to Judah's defense when King Asa found himself unable to fight against the Ethiopian army, which was coming against him with a million soldiers. As a result, the adversaries were defeated: So the LORD struck the Ethiopians before Asa and Judah, and the Ethiopians fled (2 Chronicles 14:12). The devil cannot destroy God's people if they pray with determination. Never pay attention to your problem; rebuke it and the Lord will answer you. He is our Father!
No people could resist the Assyrian Empire, which ruled for 13 centuries. However, when their king wanted to subjugate Judah, the tiny country whose ruler was God-fearing, he was defeated by Hezekiah, who loved the Most High: And it came to pass on a certain night, that the angel of the LORD went out, and killed in the camp of the Assyrians one hundred and eighty - five thousand; and when people arose early in the morning, there were the corpses - all dead (2 Kings 19:35). God is ready to deliver you from evil!
Through Ethan, God has promised to bring down our opponents before our faces. This was done when Jesus went to Hell and stripped Satan and his demons of the power taken from our first parents, Adam and Eve (Colossians 2:15). Now they cannot oppress us, because through Jesus' love in defeating the devil and his princes, we have been forgiven, set free and made alive!

Lord, our Deliverer! We have no words to thank You for Your blessings poured out on humanity when Jesus paid the price for our redemption. This is the time to rebuke evil and glorify You for salvation in Christ!
We don't have to endure the sufferings caused by the devil; in the Savior, we have been redeemed from Adam's fall and made alive. This is what the Scriptures say about us, so we give You thanks and our gratitude!
Prepare us to minister salvation to the four corners of the earth, confirming the precious message by performing wonders, prodigies and signs on behalf of those who follow the revelations of the Word. They are the blessed of this generation!
WHAT AWAITS THE FAITHFUL SERVANT
2025-01-03 03:00:00
With whom My hand shall be established; also My arm shall strengthen him.
' Psalm 89.21 '
I'm sure that God's servants have never imagined what God has in store for them. Some even get discouraged and stop doing God's will by listening to the devil. We cannot miss the opportunity to participate with the Most High in His wonderful plan for humanity. Our desire is to shout out that, by knowing the little that has already been revealed, we are in love with the Lord!
Many people see the work as difficult, with intolerance. Well, if it's work for the Most High, we don't have to grumble or refuse to be on the front line. The saved cannot even think about teaching the One who is perfect. If this enters someone's heart, they must immediately rebuke this intention, because it comes from the devil, who is trying to remove them from the divine presence. Give yourself to the Father and be a blessing!
The Lord promises that His hand, His ability to perform feats, will be very firm for those who listen to His voice and say yes to Him. So never let yourself be led astray by anything outside the Word. Be at the feet of Jesus, because there is no other who satisfies like the Master. Mary sat at Christ's feet, and Martha prepared food for the One who was the Bread that came down from Heaven (Luke 10.38-42). May you always be like Mary!
Those who carry out God's work as Jesus taught will never stumble. Christ Himself gave an example of how to proceed with the Gospel (John 13:15). As for the work of the world, we shouldn't even want to know about it, because it is worthless before the Lord (1 John 2.15-17). Jesus is our Master. If we act as He did, we will never go wrong, but we will get the same results as God's beloved Son. Believe it and live it!
God wants to keep His hand available to those who have been called to do His will. So never give in to the lies of the enemy, but go forward in faith, because when you need the Lord's firm hand, you will have it. Don't listen to the devil and his demons through the ungodly. Love these people as you would like to be loved, and the Lord will not leave you ashamed. Those with integrity in the service of the Kingdom will be treated equally.
Through the prophecy of Ethan, God declares that those called to His harvest will have the arm of the Most High outstretched, working on their behalf at all times. However difficult it may be to fulfill such a mission, look to the Lord for the way to succeed. He will never stop blessing those who listen to His voice and carry out His will. Therefore, never abandon biblical revelations or their interpretation!
Note the example of Philip, when he went to Samaria, where a mixed people of Jews and other nations lived, who were discriminated against by the Israelites. This disciple didn't care about the disputes that already existed between these two peoples. He only preached the message of Christ, and everyone paid attention to his preaching, because they saw the miracles and heard about them: paralyzed people were healed and demons were cast out. As a result, there was great joy in the city (Acts 8:5-8). It is the Lord who enables, strengthens and sends out His servants!

Lord, our greatest Example! It's good to know that You want to have more workers in Your house, like David, the great king, and Jesus, Your beloved Son, sent to provide for our salvation and teach us to follow You with love!
Just as Your hand was powerful with David, who defeated his enemies to the point where it was said that the land was quiet, You want to do the same with us. There is a lot of work for those who are called by You, and we want to be that person. Teach us to act!
We need to be like Your Son, who went from town to town preaching the Gospel, and the people were moved and said they had never seen anything like it. Your hand was powerful with Christ, and Your arm always strengthened Him. Thank You for choosing us!
WHO IS GOD REFERRING TO?
2025-01-02 03:00:00
I have found My servant David; with My holy oil I have anointed him.
' Psalm 89.20 '
Without a doubt, the answer to the question in the title of this message is Jesus, the Righteous One who came into the world because there was no one who could do the work of salvation. Human beings were under sin, as it is written: There is none righteous, no, not one (Romans 3.10). This text also mentions King David, who learned to serve the Lord with courage and intrepidity, according to the Father's heart!
According to the apostle, the lot of humanity was terrible, because everyone died in Adam, and there was not a single person without the mark of sin in their life. Those who came closest to God resembled King Saul, who disobeyed the Lord and was seized by an evil spirit, reeking of murder (1 Samuel 19:9,10). They all went astray and became useless together. There is no one who does good, no. not one (Romans 3:12). Poor humanity!
Imagine what could happen in a few years' time, if God's servants modernize, going after other flesh, as happened in Sodom and Gomorrah (Jude 1:7)? We can't help but pray for those who will succeed us, that they will be firm and ready to carry out the work wherever God sends them. The apostle Paul declared: Their throat is an open tomb; with their tongues they have practiced deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips (Romans 3:13).
Many hide the most detestable sins inside, which is why Paul spoke of their throats as an open tomb, where you can see all the filth of the decay of a life in sin. Others pretend to settle accounts with us, looking into our eyes, trying to show sincerity, but they deceive us and think they are deceiving the Spirit of God, who leads the Church. Where do these people think they are going?
The saddest thing is that they have convinced themselves that there is no point in trying to change. Unfortunately, they love to act contrary to biblical doctrine. Why are there such people who refuse the gift of repentance? Well, while they are alive, people should strive not to act contrary to what God has determined. After death, there will be no repentance and no change of position. Believe and return to Christ now!
Every saint who has allowed himself to be dominated by sin can return to communion, but he must do so as Jesus taught in the parable of the prodigal son. The boy came to his senses and decided to return to his father, repenting and begging to be one of his servants, because he didn't think he was worthy of any favor from his house. His father, seeing his sincerity and wanting to receive him, restored him as his son (Luke 15.11-24).
The Most High found David and anointed him; He found Jesus, His only son, and anointed Him too. David was an example we can look up to, except in the case of Bathsheba (2 Samuel 11). The Creator wants to find others from any background to walk according to His will and be examples to all: How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power; who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him (Acts 10.38).

God, who finds servants! Now we understand why You have found us to do Your will. Through Samuel David was anointed king in his father's house; Your beloved Son was anointed with the holy oil to bring about our salvation. What about us, Father?
Why were we called if we had nothing that interested You? You saw in us what we didn't see, you called us to do Your work, something we never imagined. Now we are ready to obey You. We want to be useful in Your plan!
Instruct us in the best technique, the heavenly one. Make our dreams die so that Yours can come true. Don't leave us on the side of the road, but place us in what You have already prepared for our lives. Father, use us!
GOD SPEAKS IN A VISION
2025-01-01 03:00:00
Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one, and said: “I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.
' Psalm 89.19 '
Why did God speak to Ethan, the Levite prepared by King David to minister praise and lead the services in the house of the Lord? So that he would know how to pray and do God's will, setting an example for those who needed to overcome their struggles and didn't know how to proceed. The Lord wants to see in His children the same disposition and attitude shown by the psalmist. God doesn't want losers in His army, but people who are determined to win!
In the Law of Moses, the Most High instructed the officers to prepare the people and not allow the fearful and weak to go to war, since, for various reasons, they would be humiliated before the enemy: Then the officers shall speak to the people, saying, “What man is there who has built a new house and has not dedicated it? Let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicate it it (Deuteronomy 20:5). The unprepared would do better to stay away from the battle.
The officers continued to reduce the size of the army: “Also what man is there who has planted a vineyard and has not eaten of it? Let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and someone another man eat of it (v. 6). For the Lord to give victory, the number of combatants doesn't matter, because He is the one who does the work. King Sennacherib's mighty army was destroyed by an angel and not by thousands of soldiers (2 Kings 19:35). God is Lord of everything!
Whoever follows the rules of the Most High in any business will never be defeated, because what He says will happen. The heavenly Father works regardless of what man says or tries to do. After all, the Lord is God: And what man is there who is betrothed to a woman and has not married her? Let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man marry her (v. 7). No bridegroom would fight with his soul in his hands for fear of dying!
Many battles are lost because of the fearful who, falling for the devil's lies, don't stand up for the country they represent, and so the enemy wins. In addition, violence spreads throughout the nation because of the cowardly, who do not fear God: The officials shall speak further to the people and say, 'What man is there who is fearful and fainthearted? Let him return to his house, lest the heart of his brethren faint like his heart (v. 8).
After the four groups had left and been guided by the Lord, the officers would give orders to their subordinates, and one of them would be addressed to the great men of the corps: And so it shall be, when the officers have finished speaking to the people, that they shall make captains of the armies to lead the people (v. 9). The worst enemy is the one who shows no fear, which is why those who are considered true soldiers because of their bravery must stand in front of everyone.
The same needs to happen in ministry. The weak and fearful, who have not yet been set free by Christ, cause damage as if they were out of the fight. The devil knows those who act like this on the front line of the church or any work of the ministry. It would be good if the servants of the Most High feared only Him!
In Christ, with love,
R. R. Soares
Todays Prayer
Lord of the holy directions! Look at those who do Your work and show them who needs to be away from the front line. They have other interests, live in sin and speak ill of others. They can't stand up to Satan!
We must never leave the saints of God in the hands of the fearful, the liars, those who live far from You. Only Your faithful ones can lead the people to holiness and give the lost the right guidance, buying the fight of those who fear a setback from the devil!
Through David, You revealed to Solomon that he should be a man and observe Your commandments. The title of king can only be given to those who go into battle, show who they are and give themselves to You. Father, speak through the vision that will change Your work!
THE CONFESSION THAT HELPS
2024-12-31 03:00:00
You have a mighty arm; strong is Your hand, and high is Your right hand.
' Psalm 89.13 '
Many of God's children have never made a confession born in the Father's heart to give them strength, so they can't overcome the simple temptations of the enemy. Those who don't meditate on biblical declarations are poor in power, weak in decisions and lacking in vigor. That's why eating the Bread of Life, Jesus (John 6:48), is good for the holy people and leads them to victory. Don't be fooled; if you are indifferent to the Word, the Lord won't be able to help you. Believe and ask for help!
Ethan's statement in the verse was not made out of politeness or without intention, but by revelation from Heaven, so that God's people would have the best and overcome the crises that would come (Isaiah 1.19). God is the Lord of the Church, so it needs to be strong. The Most High assures us: “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me” (Psalm 50.15). Many do not glorify the Almighty or call upon Him in the day of trouble, so they are not delivered!
The Lord speaks clearly to us, so that we take him seriously: “Call upon Me in the day of trouble”, the day of pain, of chaos, when everything seems to go wrong. He undertakes to deliver whoever calls upon Him. In the face of this, never be silent, nor be ashamed of your family, friends or the people next to you, because God delights in delivering them. Declare your needs in faith, praying to the Father with all your heart!
David knew this recipe and used it when he was in trouble: I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I will be saved from my enemies (Psalm 18.3). It didn't matter to him where the battle would be or against whom, or whether his enemies had the power to destroy him. His opponents didn't have that kind of faith and, even if they imitated him, they wouldn't be helped by the Lord. God is his Strength, which never loses a battle.
David showed us his boldness, speaking of the infernal forces that surrounded him: The pangs of death surrounded me, and the floods of ungodliness made me afraid. The sorrows of Sheol surrounded me, the snares of death confronted me (Psalm 18:4,5). And what did God do? Exactly what He has always taught. So we need to learn to do God's work; otherwise, tomorrow, evil could settle in our house. But if we obey the Lord, we will defeat our adversaries!
We can never teach others, forgetting to act according to the teachings of the Most High. With the Lord, we will always overcome the kingdom of darkness. The psalmist said: In my distress I called upon the LORD and cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple , and my cry came before Him, even to His ears (Psalm 18.6). He called on the Lord and cried out to his God with a strong and firm voice, and was heard by the Almighty. Act like that!
David declared that God has a strong arm, unbreakable, but capable of breaking the arm of the evil one. The Almighty is powerful to open the sea, if necessary, and give you victory. His arm will always win and will be at your disposal. The hand of the Most High, His power, is not like that of the enemy, which is weak and powerless. God's hand holds the whole world and is never shaken. The right hand of the Lord is the set of forces to be employed and lifted up!
In Christ, with love,

Lord of the invincible arm and hand! When we need to overcome sickness and any sin, we will know how to act: we will call upon You, for You are worthy, and we will exalt Your Name, cry out to You and be delivered from evil!
We will no longer be like religious people, reciting the declarations of men. We will trust that Your Word is the Truth, we will fight whatever comes against us and we will succeed, using Your precious Name, led by Your wonderful Spirit!
We thank You for having a powerful arm, placed at our disposal. Your hand is powerful enough to hold and protect us. In Your Name, we now set out towards the onslaughts of the enemy and declare victory over them. To You we say: “Thank you!”.
